That’s the pitch from Democrats, who are enticing donors with a partisan gerrymander as a chance to spoil the second half of Mr. Trump’s presidency. In January, an email invitation to a Focus for Democracy donor advisory briefing that included Wisconsin Democratic Party Chairman Ben Wikler was headlined: “Chance to put two more House seats in play for 2026.”
